Traceability of your production
Legislation, retailers and insurers place increasingly stringent
demands on the traceability of food products. OTAS® Track &
Trace provides a high level of production transparency through a graphical
presentation of the whole production process. Moreover OTAS® Track
& Trace makes process data available to the user via the integrated Excel
interface that is structured for personal assessment. This enables you to set
up a high performance reporting system that is independent of any
particular automation and system supplier.
System architecture
The Data Collector collects the transport and batch information from the
control systems via OPC. The necessary standard modules for S5 and S7 control
systems are included in the scope of supply. The configuration enables you to
draw and configure an animated process flow diagram and to set up transport and
batch information in the database of the SQL server. The T&T Viewer is the
front-end application for batch tracking and data evaluation.
