OTAS® Process Control - individual, scaleable and
future-proof
OTAS® Process Control is a toolbox with standardised software
modules for specific technological applications. These modules combine the
visualisation level, and the control level, into a customisable supervisory
control system. OTAS® Process Control is not based on a specific
platform, soit can be used in visualisation systems and PLC control systems
from market leaders. For technological components such as valves,
motors, analogue measuring instruments, controllers, etc. we use tested
software modules for the PLC and for the visualisation system. The
functionality is based on our process and automation know-how, gained from long
years of experience in system engineering.

OTAS® Process Control is able to simulate all signals. This
allows optimal testing of the process automation system prior to commissioning
ensuring that our team works with a reliable, tested automation system
during this demanding phase of a project. The simulation can also provide
assistance in the daily production routine. If, for example, a measuring
instrument fails, the simulation can possibly help you to avoid production
downtime. This function is of course password-protected. In the visualisation
system, simulated values are clearly identified by a yellow border.
