Fundamentals of mechanical assembly
- Material standards: Dairy pipes according to DIN 11850 series 2, execution CC (not thermal treated, surface finish inside pickled with roughness lower Ra<0,8µm; weld seam roughness Ra<1,6µm, outside pickled) material grade 1.4301 / 1.4307 / 1.4404 (AISI304 / AISI304L / AISI316L).
- Fitting standards: skilled labourer with experience in pipe fitting.
- Super visioning and site managing standards: pre planning of pipe routing, components positioning, connection management for interconnecting pipe routes and technical assistance by expert knowledge.
- Welding standards: DIN EN 287-1 approved welder / Argon as inert welding gas with a purity of at least 99,995% / forming gas with the same purity but as a mixture of 80 - 90% Nitrogen and 10 – 20% Hydrogen (H² has a chemical reduction factor).
