UHT plant, system P
The UHT plant system P is widely based on process technology that is identical to the indirect UHT plant system I. The difference is the tubular heat exchanger, type P, that dispenses with the indirect heat transfer circuit between the product to be heated and that to be cooled. The advantage is that this plant system achieves an even higher efficiency and improved product quality without increasing the heat exchange surface.
