UHT plant, system P
Similar to the indirect UHT plant system I, the UHT plant system P is widly based on identical process technology. The exception is the tubular heat exchanger, type P which makes the indirect heat transfer circuit between the product to be heated and that to be cooled dispensable. The advantage is that this plant system achieves an even higher efficiency and improved product quality without the need of expanding the heat exchange surface.
